Stay Sleep Rest provides furnished short and medium stays, operated by Misha Cunningham (PRS043752), England and Wales. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Booking and contact details: your name, email, phone, the dates and space you book, and messages you send us.

Payment details: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; Stripe does, securely.

Stay information: the access code issued for your door, check-in records, and any preferences or requests you share.

Basic usage data needed to run the site and keep it secure.

To set up and run your stay, take payment, give you entry, and answer your messages.

To meet our legal and safety obligations as an accommodation operator.

To keep our site and your booking secure and to prevent fraud.

Stripe, to take and process payments.

Our email provider, to send you booking confirmations, your entry details and replies.

Booking channels (such as Airbnb and Booking.com) only where you booked through them, to manage that reservation.

Our smart-lock provider, to issue and time-limit your door code.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to run your stay and to meet our legal, tax and accounting duties, then remove or anonymise them.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will help.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

Message us through the site or your guest portal and we will deal with any privacy request. We answer quickly.
